Let’s get into the detail
Time to book your personal design call with your Interior Designer.
On your call we will collaborate one on one to review all your design
wants and needs.
Your designer will then get to work perfecting your layout plan to
custom design your room space. The whole process takes between
3-4 weeks.

Your designer has compiled everything that you need to create your perfect space, floor plans, mood boards and shopping lists.

Time to bring your design to life
The exciting part! Use your mailbox design to purchase all items on
your shopping list without having to leave your sofa.
Your floor plan drawings will show you how to lay out your entire room space. You will be able to pull together your new room design at your convenience and to your budget. And all at a fraction of the price and time of using a conventional Interior Designer.

What do I need to do?
Before your designer can get started you need to complete your personal inquiry form. This will contain several questions to
help your designer to understand your requirements and preferences.
You will need to provide measurements for your room space so that we can make sure that the layout will fit the space. These
measurements should be your own as we cannot accept any measurements provided by estate agents as these are often
inaccurate.
Your Designer will need you to take photos of the space from every angle to get a full understanding of how the space is used.
Your Designer will need to know what your personal style is. You may or may not know what this is a so take the time to
research this and make use of the social platforms available to you . Use platforms like Pinterest, Houzz and Instagram to
collect images of room designs and then share them with your designer.
When will I have my finished design?
The whole process takes between 3-4 weeks but is dependent on how quickly you respond to your designer at each stage so
keep an eye on your mailbox to keep the process running smoothly. The sooner you provide everything that your designer
needs, the quicker the finished design will arrive.

Can my Interior Designer visit my home?
Yes, depending on your location. We provide in –person consultations for clients who prefer a face to face approach. Our site
visits are priced at £250 typically lasting 60-90 mins depending on project size. These site visits are very helpful not only for a
more personal experience but also if you don’t feel comfortable taking your own measurements. A general site survey is
included in the cost of the visit.
Presently our in-person consultations are available for properties situated within a 15-mile radius of Mailbox Designs.
Can I include my existing furniture for my new design?
Yes, of course. Existing furniture items can be included in your design. Images will need to be shared with your designer to
ensure seamless integration into you room space design.
